Works In Progress

Funktional Art has just begun work on another mural.  This piece was commissioned to go in the salon of a sport fishing yacht.  This mural depicts a large tuna chasing a school of peanut dolphin and should be complete near June of 2012.  We will continue to post progress pictures as this mural develops into a finished piece.

This tattoo style dragon has been commissioned by a fellow artist.  We will continue to post progress pictures as this mural nears completion.

This mural of a black marlin exploding through the surface of the water has been commissioned by Peter Wright, editor  at large of Marlin Magazine.  Although still a work in progess, this mural should be near completion in March 2011.

The owner of this mural commissioned Funktional Art to create a large show piece for the salon of the yacht. It was requested that this mural depict a lot of movement and depth.  We feel that we have captured that in this drawing and will be posting progress pictures as this piece becomes a finished work of art.

Funktional Art collaborated with the owners of Hull 12, which is under construction at Bayliss Boatworks, to create this mural.  It was designed to depict a scene similar to what one may see if peering out into the ocean from an underwater vessel.  We will continue to post progress pictures as this artwork nears completion

Also for Hull 12, this mural was designed to create a visually stimulating depiction of "The Chase".  We will continue to post progress pictures as this sketch becomes a finished body of work.
